01 Scope

This notice applies to the XcodeVNC website, the console used to register and manage orders, and the remote Mac service accessed through screen sharing, VNC or SSH. Whether you are comparing plans, have placed an order or are connecting to a physical node, this notice explains how we handle information related to your use of the service.

Each remote Mac is a dedicated physical machine assigned to its renter, not a shared virtual machine. Projects, build artifacts and other files you store on the machine are separate from your website account data and connection logs. Each category is handled as described below.

02 Information we collect

When you create and use an account, we process your account email address and the verification records needed to secure it. When you place or renew an order, or check an invoice, we process the selected plan, node, rental term, add-ons, order status and billing records so we can confirm what will be delivered and whether payment has been received.

When you connect to the service, we record connection logs used for security reviews and troubleshooting, including your source IP address, connection time and destination node. If you submit a support ticket, the issue description, relevant time period and attachments you provide become part of that ticket. Please do not include unrelated keys or personal information in attachments.

We do not collect what appears on your remote desktop or record your everyday desktop activity in service logs. You manage the files on your machine. If troubleshooting requires a screenshot or log, you choose which relevant excerpts to provide.

03 Payments

Services are billed in US dollars. We accept USDT-TRC20 and Visa, Mastercard or Amex card payments processed by Stripe. The payment options available at checkout in the console are the ones you can use for your order.

Stripe processes card payments. We receive the payment result needed to complete your order and reconcile payments, but do not store full card numbers. For USDT-TRC20 payments, we record the transaction hash and amount needed to verify the payment against your order. We never ask for your wallet's private key.

04 How we use information

We use account and order information to verify your identity, assign a dedicated physical machine, provide connection details, calculate your rental term, and manage renewals and invoices. Connection logs help us diagnose failed connections, investigate unusual access and protect node security. We do not use them to build a profile of your remote desktop activity.

We also use necessary transaction and access records to identify duplicate payments, unusual sign-ins and other activity that could compromise service security. Notices about orders, delivery, service status or privacy requests are sent to your account email address or shown in the console.

05 Data storage and transfers

Physical nodes are available in 5 regions: Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong and the eastern United States. Files you save to your remote Mac's working disk are stored on the node you select. When choosing a node, consider your team's location, connection quality and your own data-handling requirements.

Account, order, payment and connection log data is used to manage the service and should not be assumed to reside on the Mac node you selected. To provide account services and connections across regions, this management data may be processed outside the node's location. To check where specific data is stored or accessed, contact us using the details at the end of this notice.

06 Retention and disk erasure

During your rental term, the working disk stores files you keep on your remote Mac. When your term ends, export any projects or build artifacts you want to keep. The node release process ends existing connections and erases the physical machine's disk before the device is prepared for another renter. Do not rely on the remote working disk as your only backup.

We retain account and order records for as long as needed to provide billing history, handle disputes and meet applicable obligations. Connection logs are kept only for as long as needed for security investigations, troubleshooting or applicable obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified. You can ask about the retention of specific records through our privacy request channel. Closing your account does not immediately delete billing records that we still need to retain.

07 Cookies and analytics

The website and console may use cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect session security. Restricting these cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout or support ticket features from working properly.

The website may also use analytics cookies to understand page visits and feature usage. You can restrict or clear analytics cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not delete existing order or connection logs. Cookies are separate from project files stored on your node.

08 Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete account information relating to you. Email support@xcodevnc.com from your account email address and tell us what you need and which order is involved. Do not send passwords, connection credentials or full payment details by email.

To prevent us from disclosing information to someone else, we will verify your connection to the account before handling a request. If a deletion request covers records we still need for billing reconciliation, dispute handling or applicable obligations, we will explain what cannot be deleted right away. Export any files you need to keep from your remote Mac before your rental term ends.

09 Changes and contact

If we make a significant change to the categories of data we handle, our reasons for handling it or our service processes, we will update this page and notify you through an appropriate on-site channel. The latest version published here applies. You can review the relevant sections again before continuing to use the service.

Send privacy requests, questions about data storage or security reports to support@xcodevnc.com. If you are signed in, you can also submit a support ticket in the console.
